‘Kao ani’, which are sometimes referred to blobs or puffs. In the early 2000s it was fairly common for a Japanese sozai (web materials) website to feature these. Typically they were white and expressed a varety of emotions or activities. Although it was also quite common to see angels, devils, animals and plant-themed kao ani.

Mainly inspired by my pink ombre glasses. 😛 I’ve decided to offer these in a variety of “skin tones”.


















Purple Kao Ani
I like purple and haven’t seen this colour used much for kaos. The one with the post-it note is inspired by the video game, Among Us.
